As a guidewire professional service member I would like to have us invest in core AET capabilities to reduces implementation pain, making our platform easier to adapt and scale across customers. This drives higher retention by lowering long-term friction and increasing perceived value. This will also help with Brand Promotion, a smoother customer experience fuels stronger NPS and more credible case studies. Every successful, low-friction launch becomes a proof point for future deals—amplifying our brand.
