Rating migration from PC to Cloud

Ability to move existing Guidewire customers to Cloud Rating without requiring them to rewrite what they already use. The way Cloud Rating is set up, it uses the notion of Rating Artifacts that you upload to the Rating service via a Rating Workbench and the Rating service understands how to orchestrate these artifacts. The cloud rating artifacts are Rate Plans, Rate Books, Cost Routines, Rating Variables and Rating Functions. I believe that if we can take the Cloud Rating Engine from RTM, convert it into Java and then have Cloud Rating create another artifact type (let's call it Rating Engine), we can take the customers Gosu Rating and use it for Cloud Rating. Customer should be able to change the Rating Engine either in IntelliJ or in the Cloud Rating Service workspace when they get around to publishing a coding interface for this tool.
