Admin Control Framework (ACF)

While ACF is large, small parts could be implemented as a Microservice POC, this would require UI, Data Storage, multiple endpoints, and processes for data, segmentation between environments. Lots of stuff

The documentation is targeted as an extension within PolicyCenter, this can easily be changed to a Microservice. ACF is envisaged to be used by both PolicyCenter and Digital.
